Key Responsibilities
As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will collaborate closely with fellow educators and families to assist children with additional needs and complex behaviors. Your role includes supporting children's emotional regulation, participation, learning, and social development. Creating an engaging, calm, and responsive atmosphere where every child can flourish is essential.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
The ideal candidate demonstrates patience, compassion, strong observational skills, and a heartfelt commitment to promoting inclusivity. You will bring high professionalism, empathy, and teamwork to ensure every child experiences a sense of belonging. Specific qualifications and commitments include:
- Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or currently pursuing such qualifications.
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a valid certificate.
- Strong dedication to child and cultural safety.
- Awareness of mandatory reporting duties.
- A collaborative and inclusive attitude.
