Job Overview
This rewarding career opportunity involves collaborating with all levels of the Kiddie Academy Educational Child Care corporate team and its franchisees nationwide. The Regional Manager will deliver high-quality educational and operational insights, guiding franchise owners and their management teams. Responsibilities include advising on marketing and business strategies, implementing appropriate educational programs at Academies, and developing continuous training initiatives for franchisees and their staff. Although the corporate office is in Abingdon, MD, this role is specifically based in Atlanta, Georgia to effectively support local franchisees.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years managing multiple child care facilities
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Management, or a related discipline
- Strong expertise in sales, marketing, financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and overall business management
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 75% of the time
- Excellent oral and written communication capabilities
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions and delivering presentations
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $95,000 to $100,000
