About the Role

This position offers a fulfilling long-term career opportunity working closely with the corporate Kiddie Academy Educational Child Care team and franchisees nationwide. As a Regional Manager, you will deliver consistent, high-quality educational and operational insights and guidance to support franchise owners and their leadership teams. Your responsibilities will include advising on marketing strategies and business planning, assisting in the implementation of effective educational programming at academy locations, and facilitating ongoing training programs for franchise staff.

This is a remote role based within the Fort Lauderdale/Miami, Florida area to enable effective local support of franchisees, although the corporate headquarters is located in Abingdon, MD.

• Minimum 2 years managing multiple child care facilities
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Management, or similar discipline
• Extensive experience in sales, marketing, financial evaluation, regulatory compliance, and operational management
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time to academy sites nationwide
• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities
• Proven expertise in conducting training sessions and presentations
