Role Overview

As a new graduate joining our team, you will have the opportunity to advance innovative ideas, address complex challenges, and experience significant professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute campus recruitment strategies and operations, including policy drafting, strategic assessments, and project planning to enhance the recruitment process.
- Organize and manage campus-related activities such as presentations, special events, and themed sessions by creating detailed plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring effective implementation to maximize recruitment outreach.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with key universities, aligning company resources with their needs and staying informed on academic trends and student employment patterns to foster sustainable collaborations.
- Manage long-term relationships with campus talents by maintaining talent pools, understanding evolving job market requirements among students, and persistently sourcing top talent.
- Create and refine a comprehensive data-driven system for recruitment analysis, evaluating efficiency, event success, talent markets, and strategy effectiveness to support continuous improvement in recruitment policies and partnerships.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Strong project management capabilities with a goal-driven approach, responsibility, and the motivation to advance projects effectively to completion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to accommodate the needs of universities, students, and internal stakeholders seamlessly.
- Basic proficiency in data analysis, with a detail-focused mindset to manage recruitment data compilation, analytics, and problem-solving based on insights.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience participating in or managing collaborations between government, enterprises, and universities.
- Proven track record in organizing large-scale campus events.
