About the Role

Aiyara Partners is seeking a Division President for a leading multi-state healthcare organization to spearhead a newly established Behavioural Mental Health & Drug Rehabilitation Division. This division is in the early stages of growth, backed by significant investments and a seasoned executive team, aiming to build a national platform for behavioural healthcare from the ground up. The focus is on creating and expanding an innovative operation rather than maintaining an existing structure.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished healthcare executive with experience leading multi-site behavioural health, addiction treatment, psychiatric, rehabilitation, or substance use disorder services. Candidates currently holding roles such as VP of Operations, SVP, COO, or Division President are encouraged to apply. Strong strategic leadership skills combined with operational expertise are essential, especially experience managing growth and acquisitions. A passion for enhancing outcomes for individuals affected by mental health and addiction is critical.

Location and Travel

The position is based in the United States with flexibility for locations on the East Coast, Midwest, or Southern regions. National travel is expected, including frequent trips to New Jersey, Illinois, and Colorado.
