  • Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative team fostering continual improvement and process excellence.
  • Set clear performance expectations, roles, and career growth plans within the CoE.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for transportation programs and external providers, utilizing data insights for continuous improvement.
  • Participate actively in strategic carrier reviews to elevate service levels, enhance process quality, and advance sustainability efforts.

  • Proven leadership effectiveness in developing and managing diverse, multinational teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities enabling data-driven decision-making and clear communication of trade-offs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence within global, matrixed organizations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of transportation technologies, visibility tools, analytics, and industry best practices across different modes and regions.
  • Forward-thinking leader able to convert strategic vision into executable plans and drive adoption of innovative practices.
