Elevate Aviation Group, founded in 1995, operates through divisions including Private Jet Services, Elevate Jet, and Elevate MRO. With nearly 30 years in private aviation, it offers comprehensive services from aircraft acquisition to maintenance. Elevate Jet, the FAA-certified airline within the group, merges operational expertise with technology to redefine private aviation as stress-free and efficient.
Position Overview
The Director of Strategic Enterprise Partnerships leads the creation and scaling of partnerships with ultrahigh net worth concierge services and multi-family office ecosystems. Focusing solely on concierge and client services within multi-family office environments, this role is responsible for strategizing and executing long-term private aviation partnerships integrated into family office workflows and concierge service models. Success requires extensive networking, sourcing new strategic partners, and nurturing growable relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement partnership strategies aimed at UHNW family offices, multi-family offices, private concierge firms, and advisors managing UHNW clientele.
- Arrange and lead both virtual and in-person meetings with strategic partners sourced independently.
- Engage directly with principals, family office executives, chiefs of staff, and senior concierge leaders to translate lifestyle and business needs into aviation solutions.
- Collaborate with internal technology and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of Elevate's booking platform into partner ecosystems, maintaining service standards and ongoing enhancements.
- Oversee onboarding processes and program launches across all client levels.
- Maintain involvement in resolving client issues, service recoveries, and addressing sensitive operational requests.
- Represent Elevate discreetly at industry forums, events, and relationship-based gatherings.
- Continuously expand understanding of client needs, service trends, and competitor offerings to inform and evolve aviation solutions.
- Drive outstanding client satisfaction, loyalty, and growth of long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular business reviews detailing program status, strategic goals, project progress, and performance metrics.
- Ensure maintaining an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline within the CRM system, providing forecasting and executive reporting.
- Collaborate with distributed global teams to ensure smooth enterprise implementations and ongoing program support.
- Manage documentation flow ensuring contracts are shared with relevant parties for billing and reporting.
- Stay engaged with client concerns including invoices, accounts receivables, and service incidents.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability to cultivate trust-based, discreet relationships with family offices and concierge organizations.
- Deep knowledge of service ecosystems serving UHNW clients.
- Experience delivering high-touch concierge-level solutions requiring discretion and responsiveness.
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills focused on building long-term partnerships over one-off transactions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage complex client relationships proactively.
- Professional, discreet representation of the Elevate Jet brand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum five years working with family offices, multi-family offices, concierge firms, or luxury service sectors.
- Prior experience in aviation or private charter services is preferred.
- Familiarity aligning technology platforms with tailored service delivery.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
