Opportunity
Join a rapidly expanding enterprise with a pivotal role in enhancing the Curbex brand across Texas by forging significant partnerships and steering sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and cultivate new business prospects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and North Texas.
- Establish and maintain relationships with city governments, franchise organizations, property managers, and local enterprises.
- Drive lead generation, coordinate meetings, and oversee an active sales pipeline.
- Engage in outreach through various channels including networking events, referrals, phone contacts, emails, professional platforms, and community gatherings.
- Act as a Curbex ambassador at sector-specific events, Chambers of Commerce assemblies, and conferences.
- Provide support for municipal pilot projects and key strategic partnership programs.
- Work alongside senior leadership on efforts to broaden market reach.
Qualifications
- Between three to seven years of professional experience in fields such as sales, business growth, account management, advertising sales, commercial property management, or franchise development.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing new business and nurturing client connections.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and organizational capabilities.
- Experience handling sales pipelines and customer relationship management platforms.
- Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
- Availability for travel across the DFW region and its surroundings.
Preferred Experience
- Background in business-to-business sales, advertising or media sales, franchise growth, real estate for commercial use, sales with municipalities, or economic advancement roles, including beneficial established contacts within the DFW business sector.
First-Year Goals
- Build a robust funnel of qualified sales opportunities.
- Develop relationships with local city authorities and franchise groups.
- Support ongoing municipal pilot and strategic expansion programs.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with regional and multiple-location quick service restaurant operators.
- Assist in achieving a company target surpassing $2.5 million in yearly sales opportunities.
- Enhance Curbex's visibility and standing in the North Texas market.
