Director of Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial planning and provide insightful business advice.
• Manage budgeting processes, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
• Oversee accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Handle accounts payable and manage company disbursements efficiently.
• Administer payroll and commission systems accurately.
• Supervise cash flow and treasury management operations.
• Manage 401(k) plans, including financial administration and reconciliation tasks.
• Administer Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and employee benefits finances.
• Implement financial controls and continually enhance processes.

Requirements

• Relevant finance leadership experience with strategic and operational expertise.
• CPA designation is preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial data to influence decision-making.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, growing environment and partnering effectively with top management.
