Responsibilities

• Oversee all initiatives of the hotel’s sales team.
• Maximize hotel revenue and foster growth by directing revenue-generating activities aligned with business plans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the hotel.
• Establish and nurture effective relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders to capitalize on sales prospects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven success in managing sales teams towards achieving set sales targets.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a high-quality environment, showcasing excellent standards and sales productivity.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to multitask and motivated by challenges.
• Ambitious and driven to grow productivity and sales volume using effective sales techniques.
• Clear and analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Highly developed negotiation skills.
• Capacity to enhance the hotel's public image within the community.
