Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a long-term vision and comprehensive strategy for platform products that align with broader business and technology objectives.
• Guide the evolution from traditional project-centric delivery to a dynamic, product-oriented approach based on demand and scalability.
• Implement consistent frameworks for demand assessment, prioritization, sequencing, and governance of platform initiatives.
• Oversee portfolio governance including capacity management, investment prioritization, and transparency through roadmap and executive reporting.
• Bridge multiple stakeholders such as infrastructure teams, business technology units, and enterprise partners to synchronize priorities and investments.
• Convert business and technical requirements into actionable platform capabilities and roadmap commitments.
• Promote widespread adoption of platform capabilities by articulating value propositions, encouraging standardization, and diminishing dependence on customized solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable technology platforms.
• Define and track key performance metrics tied to platform uptake, user satisfaction, development efficiency, and overall portfolio health.
• Establish and mature product management processes including lifecycle oversight, backlog governance, planning cycles, and operating models.
• Support organizational structures such as product ownership roles, squad formations, and governance frameworks for sustained growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 10 years in product management or related functions encompassing technology strategy and portfolio leadership.
• Track record of formulating technology roadmaps, managing product backlogs effectively, and delivering measurable product outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, cloud platform products, or technology engineering organizations.
• Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies, product management practices, and demand-driven delivery processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level executives and unify cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively across engineering, security, architecture, and operations departments.
• Strategic mindset with strong decision-making and prioritization abilities.
• Preferred experience in implementing product-led operating models, platform engineering frameworks, or expanding product management teams.
• Knowledge of cloud services, infrastructure technologies, and software delivery pipelines is advantageous.
