Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and execute policies regarding People & Culture administration, including compensation and benefits, employee welfare, safety and health, communication, industrial relations, training, performance management, and career development, complying with relevant national laws and industry standards.
- Manage payroll administration, benefits, legal compliance, and employment law adherence.
- Plan current and future staffing needs to ensure appropriate hotel staffing aligned with business projections.
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies and other channels to attract management-level candidates; conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations.
- Develop and recommend competitive wage and salary structures to attract and retain talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
- At least five years of experience in Human Resources management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor and employment legislation.
- Strong proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
