What the role involves

You will serve as the operational core of the DTC business, turning commercial plans into reliable day-to-day execution. The role requires close collaboration with marketing, finance, supply chain, and outside partners to create a scalable DTC operating model that supports profitable growth and successful product launches.

Key ownership areas

• Manage the Shopify platform end to end and improve performance across the digital shelf.
• Assess, recommend, and roll out new digital tools as needed.
• Partner with finance and supply chain teams on demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Oversee CRM and lifecycle marketing operations using Klaviyo or a comparable platform.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate brings deep DTC experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods or food and beverage, along with practical Shopify expertise and a strong analytical approach. This person should also have experience creating structure, building teams, and leading operational initiatives.
