This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build stronger employer relationships, improve job placement results for healthcare graduates, guide and motivate a team, and create the structure needed to turn effort into measurable outcomes.
The position is best suited to a leader who enjoys solving problems, developing pipelines, coaching others, working closely with employers, and driving real progress. The campus needs someone who can step in, lead actively, and help students transition successfully from education into employment.

Qualifications
Experience in healthcare is beneficial, and prior exposure to postsecondary education is also an advantage. Backgrounds in staffing, recruiting, sales, workforce development, branch leadership, employer relations, or leading teams to performance goals can transfer well into this position.
The ideal candidate is someone who approaches challenges with a builder’s mindset and is ready to create systems, improve outcomes, and lead from the front.

The package also includes 12 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays, a 401(k) plan with company match, and company-paid life insurance at one times annual salary. Team members also receive leadership development and training to support career growth, along with tuition assistance and tuition forgiveness for employees and their families, up to 100% depending on the program.
