Our results demonstrate the effectiveness, and now we require a leader to coordinate widespread implementation, elevate academic management, and advocate for this evidence-backed model globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Create academic frameworks translating learning science into practical guidelines for curriculum development, motivation strategies, and application architecture.
• Lead academic performance evaluations with Heads of Academic teams to maintain alignment, accountability, and focus on results across schools.
• Conduct thorough academic ecosystem assessments using data analysis, interviews, and observations to identify barriers and recommend targeted interventions.
• Ensure strategic consistency through structured planning, feedback loops, and milestone tracking to concentrate on student learning goals.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning prominently in major forums, including keynote addresses and discussions with governmental education bodies, to influence global educational dialogue.

Responsibilities to Avoid

• Engaging in fragmented curriculum projects lacking systemic impact.
• Producing disconnected theoretical research that doesn't influence student outcomes or operational practices.
• Delegating responsibility for performance to middle management or external parties.
• Relying primarily on personal reputation or unsubstantiated theory to persuade skeptical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Possess an advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years in leadership roles within academia or educational technology, including direct management responsibilities such as hiring, performance evaluation, coaching, and termination decisions.
• Proven experience in enhancing student learning outcomes and maintaining performance standards.
• Familiarity with integrating AI or emergent technologies in educational settings, such as personalized or adaptive learning methods.
• Experience managing academic teams comprising over 50 personnel involved in curriculum, instruction, or assessment.
• Direct engagement experience with students, educators, or school leadership in professional environments.

Terms of Employment

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with availability effective immediately. Employment is contracted through Crossover as an independent contractor, compensated at $200 USD per hour, amounting to approximately $400,000 USD annually (based on 40 hours per week and 50 working weeks yearly). Payments are processed weekly. This role offers a long-term commitment in a remote work setting.
