Role Overview
Beast Industries is hiring a senior communications leader to shape how the company is perceived across public conversations in real time. In this role, you will own the strategy, operating model, and governance for corporate reputation across social channels, executive communications, and emerging public forums.
Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, you will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Founder, and executive team, helping them manage a fast-changing communications environment while building credibility, trust, and long-term brand strength. The position brings together corporate communications, executive visibility, social reputation, and issues management, turning moments of attention into opportunities to reinforce the brand.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for a communications professional with sharp judgment, platform expertise, executive presence, and strategic depth. You will help define how one of the most recognized creator-led companies engages audiences, protects reputation, and participates in culture at scale.
Core Outcomes in the First 12–18 Months
- Improve corporate reputation, brand sentiment, trust, and audience engagement across key public platforms in measurable ways.
- Position Beast Industries as a leading example of modern corporate communications and social reputation management.
- Expand executive visibility and thought leadership across LinkedIn, X, and newer channels.
- Create and embed a scalable reputation framework covering listening, risk detection, response handling, governance, and measurement.
- Increase organizational readiness for major issues, developing narratives, and reputation-sensitive events.
- Strengthen the communications team’s processes, capabilities, and talent to support long-term company growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the company’s external communications and social reputation strategy.
- Advise the CEO, Founder, and senior leaders on reputation strategy, executive presence, messaging, and public engagement.
- Shape the company’s public voice, engagement approach, and governance across high-impact social platforms.
- Develop editorial programs centered on reputation, leadership positioning, company storytelling, and trust-building.
- Create communications frameworks, escalation paths, and decision rules for emerging issues and high-visibility situations.
- Lead responses to sensitive reputation events, balancing speed, transparency, business priorities, and brand values.
- Build advanced systems for social listening, sentiment tracking, and early risk detection.
- Work with Marketing, Content, Legal, HR, and executive stakeholders to keep communications aligned.
- Identify and develop internal experts, leaders, and spokespeople who can strengthen the company’s public presence.
- Oversee outside agencies and strategic communications partners when required.
- Provide executive-level updates, insights, and recommendations on reputation health, audience sentiment, and communications performance.
- Coach and grow communications talent while helping define the future structure of the communications function.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate communications, external communications, reputation management, social strategy, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated success leading communications for prominent brands, public-facing figures, or fast-scaling organizations.
- Strong expertise in social reputation management, executive communications, and public engagement strategy.
- Substantial experience handling complex, high-visibility issues, crises, or reputation-sensitive situations.
- A strong history of advising senior executives, founders, or other public-facing leaders.
- Experience creating scalable communications frameworks, governance structures, and operating processes.
- Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align diverse teams around communications goals.
Preferred Background
- Experience in entertainment, creator economy, consumer brands, media, gaming, or high-growth technology environments.
- Strong understanding of X, LinkedIn, and emerging digital communities.
- Experience using social listening, sentiment analysis, and reputation intelligence tools.
- Background managing communications agencies and outside partners.
- Familiarity with thought leadership, executive positioning, and employer brand programs.

Compensation and Benefits
The total target compensation for this position ranges from $186,000 to $250,000 annually. This package includes a fixed base salary of $155,000 to $210,000 per year, a discretionary annual bonus, an employee equity plan grant, and comprehensive benefits.
