Digital Transformation Trainee (Education Content)

Overview

This role involves supporting the digital modernization efforts of National Education content utilized by MINDEF/SAF personnel. The focus is on digitizing educational resources and optimizing work processes through innovative solutions applied to content repositories, training development cycles, and knowledge management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the transformation of educational materials into digital formats.
• Help develop, convert, and manage traditional learning content to ensure they are engaging and relevant for digital consumption.
• Ensure the implementation of features that boost accessibility, engagement, and interactivity within learning resources.
• Lead efforts in digital content management and instructional design related to the National Education curriculum.
• Analyze current workflows to identify digital tools that could enhance process efficiency, trial these innovations, and advocate for their adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in multimedia production and digital content creation.
• Knowledgeable about current digital trends and comfortable using software pertinent to social media or educational curriculum design.
• Genuine interest in defense and security topics, curriculum design practices, and contemporary affairs.
• Highly self-motivated and proactive mindset.

Additional Information
