Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager

About the Role

We are recruiting a Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager for a leading global pharmaceutical firm based in Ireland. This role involves overseeing the implementation of a new supply chain operating model across various manufacturing locations. The organization prioritizes research and innovation to develop groundbreaking medicines and boasts a large global workforce with ongoing expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects deploying the updated supply chain operating model over multiple manufacturing sites.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and trackers ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage relationships and expectations among key stakeholders including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, PMO, IT/Business Technology Solutions, and other cross-functional groups.
• Conduct project meetings, monitor deliverables, and report on status, risks, challenges, and dependencies to senior management and project teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Significant program management experience with the ability to oversee several parallel workstreams effectively.
• Knowledge of supply chain operating model design and experience executing transformation programs.
• Excellent facilitation, training capabilities, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical thinker, adept at identifying gaps and implementing practical solutions.
• Change management certification or expertise is advantageous.
