Job description
Company Overview
SnappyCX is a healthcare-centered BPO and virtual staffing partner that helps expanding medical practices with remote teams trained for HIPAA compliance. Its support spans patient scheduling, intake, care coordination, medical billing, referrals, and back-office operations, allowing clinical teams to focus more on direct care. With partnerships across 100+ medical practices, the company delivers dependable, compliant, and efficient operational support. Team members help raise the quality of the patient experience and improve practice productivity through technology-enabled remote services.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on paid media execution position for a Digital Ad Buyer working full time in a remote EST-timezone setup within the beauty, hair care, and CPG space. The selected person will own the daily management of ad accounts, campaign planning, scheduling, and creative guidance across Meta Ads and Google Ads for three active brands. The role is focused on active execution rather than high-level consulting, and it is not a general marketing support role. The founder will still participate in approvals and brand direction, while day-to-day account management is expected to be handled independently.
Core Responsibilities
Manage paid advertising operations across Meta platforms and Google channels, with a strong focus on performance, pacing, and creative testing. Plan campaigns around retail calendars, product launches, and seasonal demand, while keeping schedules organized across brands. Use performance data to shape budget allocation, retargeting, creative direction, and reporting in a way that is clear and actionable.
Ad Buying and Campaign Execution
- Plan, launch, and oversee paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for all three brands.
- Run Google Ads campaigns and monitor the health of the Google Merchant Center product feed.
- Work across awareness, traffic, conversion, and retargeting objectives.
- Scale budgets gradually to protect delivery and avoid sudden performance disruption.
- Review platform recommendations carefully instead of accepting targeting or budget suggestions automatically.
Strategy and Planning
- Create monthly and quarterly media plans aligned with retail schedules, launches, and seasonal demand.
- Advise on budget distribution across brands and campaign goals using performance insights.
- Maintain and grow a retargeting approach as audience pools expand.
- Spot which creative styles and messaging patterns are performing best and use that insight to guide future planning.
Scheduling and Calendar Coordination
- Keep a live paid media calendar showing campaigns that are active, queued, or being prepared.
- Align campaign timing with retail activity, Klaviyo email initiatives, and organic content schedules.
- Plan launches and pauses around product releases, retail resets, and seasonal peaks.
Creative Direction
- Guide ad creative based on results rather than personal taste.
- Share clear briefs with photographers, videographers, or designers on what the creative must achieve.
- Recognize creative fatigue early and suggest refreshes before results decline.
- Test creative versions systematically and explain what is working and the reasons behind it.
Reporting and Communication
- Deliver performance updates in simple, business-friendly language instead of only sharing platform outputs.
- Escalate weak-performing campaigns early and include a recommended next step.
- Communicate in writing before making major changes to budget or strategy.
- Stay available for real-time check-ins when required, especially during launches.
What the Role Does Not Cover
- Bookkeeping, accounting, or financial reporting work.
- General virtual assistant work unrelated to paid media.
- Organic social posting or managing a content calendar.
- Website development or Shopify administration.
- Executing email marketing in Klaviyo, though coordination with email efforts is expected.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of practical experience managing active Meta Ads accounts with real ad spend; certifications or coursework alone are not sufficient.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads Shopping campaigns and troubleshooting Google Merchant Center feed issues.
- Prior exposure to e-commerce, beauty, hair care, or CPG brands is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to turn ad performance data into specific creative recommendations.
- Ability to write clear, plain-language performance reports rather than relying only on exported dashboards.
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting brands that sell both through retail channels and owned e-commerce.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads.
- Some working knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Experience coordinating with Klaviyo email workflows.
Fit for the Role
- Works independently and can manage several brand accounts without constant supervision.
- Uses critical thinking when reviewing platform suggestions.
- Makes creative decisions based on data, not personal preference.
- Communicates proactively and clearly, especially before major changes.
- Has a genuine interest in beauty, hair care, or CPG brands.
Additional Information
Industry: Beauty / Hair Care / CPG. The role is remote and aligned to EST working hours. The company is looking for someone who can operate as a dedicated paid media specialist for multiple brands while the founder stays involved in approvals and broader brand direction.
