Job description

Company Overview

SnappyCX is a healthcare-focused BPO and virtual staffing provider that helps expanding medical practices run efficiently through dedicated remote teams. Its HIPAA-trained professionals handle patient scheduling, intake, care coordination, medical billing, referrals, and back-office support so clinical staff can stay focused on patient care. The company serves more than 100 medical practices and is built around compliance, dependable delivery, and service quality. It also promotes a collaborative environment where people can grow while contributing to healthcare operations excellence.

Role Overview

This is a practical, hands-on digital advertising role for a Digital Ad Buyer working remotely in EST hours. The position sits within the beauty, hair care, and CPG space, supporting a 30+ year natural hair care brand family with three active product lines sold through major retail channels, including national pharmacy and mass retail chains as well as beauty supply stores. Paid social is already active across all three brands, with Meta Ads as the main channel, and the business is also expanding into Google Ads, Merchant Center, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.

The role is focused on execution and day-to-day management of ad accounts, campaign pacing, creative direction, scheduling, and performance monitoring. It is not a pure strategy consulting role and not a general marketing support role. The founder will still be involved in approvals and brand direction, but the expectation is that the Digital Ad Buyer can independently handle routine campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and oversee paid campaigns across Meta platforms for all three brands.
  • Run Google Ads campaigns and keep the Google Merchant Center feed healthy and functioning properly.
  • Manage campaigns across awareness, traffic, conversion, and retargeting goals.
  • Increase spend gradually and strategically instead of making sharp jumps that could disrupt delivery.
  • Review platform budget and audience suggestions critically before applying them.
  • Create monthly and quarterly paid media plans aligned to retail timing, seasonal demand, and product launches.
  • Recommend how budgets should be divided across brands and campaign goals based on results.
  • Build retargeting plans as warm audiences expand across the brands.
  • Spot which creative styles and messaging angles are performing best and use that insight for future planning.
  • Keep a rolling paid media calendar showing live campaigns, upcoming launches, and work in progress.
  • Coordinate campaign timing with retail placements, Klaviyo email activity, and organic content schedules.
  • Schedule campaign starts and pauses around product releases, retail resets, and seasonal peaks.
  • Guide creative development using performance data rather than personal taste.
  • Give photographers, videographers, and designers clear briefs on what the ads need to accomplish.
  • Identify signs of creative fatigue early and suggest refreshes before results decline.
  • Test creative variants in a structured way and report on what is working and why.
  • Deliver performance updates in simple, easy-to-understand language rather than only sharing raw platform data.
  • Raise alerts on weak campaigns early and include a recommended next step.
  • Communicate in writing before making major changes to budgets or strategy.
  • Stay available for real-time check-ins when needed, especially around launches.

What This Role Does Not Cover

  • Bookkeeping, accounting, or financial reporting.
  • General virtual assistant work that is unrelated to paid media.
  • Organic social posting or management of content calendars.
  • Website development or Shopify administration.
  • Executing email marketing in Klaviyo, although coordination with the email team is expected.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 3 to 5 years of direct, hands-on work managing active Meta Ads accounts with real budgets; certifications or course completion alone are not enough.
  • Practical experience running Google Ads Shopping campaigns and troubleshooting Google Merchant Center product feed issues.
  • Experience with e-commerce brands is valuable, and background in beauty, hair care, or CPG is especially helpful.
  • Ability to turn advertising data into specific, useful creative direction.
  • Comfort preparing clear reports in plain language rather than relying only on exported dashboards.

Preferred Background

  • Exposure to brands that sell through both mass retail and their own e-commerce channels.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads.
  • Basic working knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Experience coordinating with Klaviyo email workflows.

Ideal Fit

  • You can manage several brand accounts independently without constant supervision.
  • You assess platform suggestions thoughtfully instead of accepting them automatically.
  • You use data to guide creative choices rather than personal preference.
  • You communicate proactively and clearly, especially before major changes.
  • You have genuine interest in beauty, hair care, or CPG brands.

Industry Context

The role supports a natural hair care business with three product lines and active paid social campaigns. The company sells through major retail partners and beauty supply stores, and the ad buyer will help grow performance across paid channels while coordinating with broader retail and marketing activity.
