Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Acara Solutions is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist for a fully remote position supporting our client based in Boston, MA. This opportunity is a 12-month contract with potential for extension, offering $25 per hour and a full-time 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison during client onboarding and approval processes, keeping clients up-to-date on their marketing strategies.
• Manage the monthly marketing cycle by planning strategies, creating calendars, developing copy, and designing campaigns for Email, SMS, and Social Media, utilizing the client’s internal tools.
• Set up and maintain marketing automations including winback campaigns, receipt marketing, and happy hour promotions.
• Optimize channels such as SEO, Google Business Profile, website, and listings, and design printed marketing materials like flyers as needed.
• Provide monthly performance reports with insightful analysis and adjust marketing tactics to meet client goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED certification.
• At least 2 years of experience working with digital marketing tools.
• Minimum 2 years' experience regularly interacting with customers.
