Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role involves the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals, focusing on digital channels and advertising campaigns. The position requires supervising a diverse marketing team and enhancing their skills, while continuously analyzing market and competitor data to maintain a competitive edge. Additionally, the role includes managing public relations to foster a positive brand image through participation in events and trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies in line with organizational objectives.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including managing advertising campaigns across Google, search engines, and social media platforms.
- Lead and motivate marketing teams including specialists, content creators, and graphic designers, focusing on their development.
- Conduct market research, analyze client behavior, and monitor competitors to ensure market leadership.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate public relations efforts to project a favorable brand image and actively engage in industry events and exhibitions.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Media is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven professional experience ranging from 5 to 15 years in marketing or management roles with a successful track record of launching initiatives.
