This role is based primarily in New York, NY, with potential locations including Playa Vista, CA, Mountain View, CA, or Los Angeles, CA. About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Google Store for Platforms and Devices Marketing, you will manage the complete marketing lifecycle of hardware products including watches, hearables, accessories, and phones. This involves shaping product positioning, naming, competitive analysis, and external communications to grow the user base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, communications, legal, product development, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design site presentation and product merchandising strategies to elevate the online shopping experience for hardware, subscriptions, and services.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for hardware categories, aligning marketing efforts with consumer, business, and brand requirements.
- Lead the creation of launch content, promotional modules, and landing pages focused on shopper-centric messaging to highlight products effectively.
- Develop Go-To-Market strategies and site content for new product introductions and brand campaigns, using data analytics and AI tools.
- Collaborate with Creative, UX, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth and optimized consumer journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience across fields such as digital marketing, product marketing, growth, or go-to-market strategy.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Preferred: Experience supporting digital experiences for complex product portfolios, knowledge of e-commerce best practices, and proficiency in online merchandising and metrics.
- Preferred: Strong data orientation and attention to detail.
- Preferred: Enthusiasm for AI tools and experience with content management systems.
Additional Information
Compensation includes a salary range of $116,000 to $166,000 per year (USD), a 15% bonus target, equity offerings, and comprehensive benefits. Pay is based on relevant skills, experience, and education.
