Role overview

FABINDIA LIMITED is hiring a detail-driven and imaginative Digital Marketing Executive to contribute to content creation, business communication, SEO initiatives, and broader digital marketing work. This position reports to the Sr. Brand Executive, Brand & Marketing, and is part of the Functional Area: Brand & Marketing.

Work interface

The role requires regular coordination across internal teams and external partners to keep brand and digital marketing activities moving smoothly.

  • Internal collaboration with the Brand Team, Social Media Team, Regional Marketing Lead, Creative & Copy team, and B2C.
  • Internal coordination with Product/Design & Markets teams for product walkthroughs and mapping product specifications.
  • Working with Legal and Commercial teams to support seamless execution of ongoing Brand Team and Digital Marketing Team projects.
  • Liaising with external partners and collaborators whenever required.

Key responsibilities

  • Apply SEO best practices to strengthen organic search visibility and improve Google My Business listing performance.
  • Adapt content for AI-led search formats, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
  • Organize content so it is more likely to appear in featured snippets, respond well to voice search, and remain easy to discover across search platforms.
  • Track how content performs and identify practical ways to improve results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver content strategies.
  • Review content and campaign performance data to understand what is working.
  • Spot patterns, insights, and opportunities that can increase engagement and conversion.

Experience and suitability

Applicants should have 0 to 1 year of experience in SEO and digital marketing. Experience with established fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands will be considered a strong advantage.

Education and certifications

A Master of Business Administration is required. A certification in Digital Marketing or SEO is preferred.

Skills and tools

This role calls for strong business communication, digital marketing fundamentals, research and analytical ability, presentation creation, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace, and familiarity with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and NotebookLM.
