Job description
Overview
We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid advertising platforms and search engine optimization. The candidate will handle campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Bing Ads, and also implement effective SEO strategies to increase high-quality traffic, lead acquisition, and overall marketing ROI.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize advertising across Meta, Google, and Bing platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and strategically target audiences to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaigns by analyzing key performance indicators like conversions, ROAS, and cost per acquisition, making data-driven optimizations.
- Execute A/B testing for advertisements, landing pages, and marketing approaches.
- Develop and apply on-page, off-page, and technical SEO techniques.
- Audit websites and enforce SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity to track site performance.
- Generate comprehensive reports on SEO rankings, campaign outcomes, and marketing metrics.
- Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to boost site performance and conversion rates.
- Keep current with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes in digital marketing.
Prerequisites
- Minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing roles.
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), and Microsoft Bing Ads.
- Skilled in SEO with knowledge of keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Experienced in using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Strong insight into conversion tracking, pixel implementation, UTM tracking, and attribution methods.
- Understanding of landing page and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities alongside solid communication and project management skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Google Ads certification and Meta Digital Marketing or Media Buying certifications.
- Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns is advantageous.
