Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to strengthen our team in a part-time capacity (30–32 hours per week). You will take full ownership of our online presence, working strategically and independently with genuine creative freedom, moving beyond just executing briefs to actively shaping our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SEO and SEA activities to enhance our organic visibility and direct paid ad campaigns effectively.
- Continuously develop and optimize our website’s content, structure, and user experience.
- Build and nurture our LinkedIn community while planning and editing engaging content.
- Regularly produce newsletter and blog posts covering topics such as pay equity, HR, and compliance in a clear, relevant, and compelling manner.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to devise and implement a coherent online marketing strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Practical experience in SEO, SEA, and content marketing, preferably including agency exposure.
- Exceptional writing abilities in both German and English.
- Proactive mindset with the drive to take initiative without waiting for instructions.
- A keen understanding of B2B communications, ideally within HR or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Interest or knowledge in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) is advantageous.
