Job description
Role overview
McDonald’s Singapore is seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant to join its Digital team. This position supports the Senior Manager, Digital portfolio in shaping and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives aimed at growing member acquisition.
What you will do
In this role, you will own omni-channel campaign delivery from the initial brief through to execution. You will also review campaign outcomes after launch, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and help ensure promotional communications translate smoothly into restaurant-level execution.
Campaign planning and execution
- Steer omni-channel marketing campaigns and promotions from briefing through final rollout.
- Partner with business analytics, digital engagement, and agency teams to assess post-campaign results and turn findings into recommendations for improving future initiatives.
Project management and communication
- Collaborate with marketing specialists to run cross-functional meetings and keep timelines, deliverables, and approvals on track across stakeholders such as Marketing, Merchandising, Social, CRM, Insights, Technology, Operations, Legal, and agency partners.
- Support campaign and promotion war rooms by helping drive discussions, collecting key inputs, monitoring action items, and contributing to post-campaign reviews.
- Make sure restaurant execution communications are complete by developing content and using internal communication channels to share updates with field teams promptly.
About you
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about mobile apps, loyalty programs, technology, and all things digital. You should be comfortable using data and innovation to support long-term growth, work well with others, stay customer-focused, and perform effectively in fast-moving environments. Strong organisation, critical thinking, and communication skills are important for supporting strategic and transformational initiatives.
What this opportunity offers
This role offers the chance to be part of an organisation undergoing significant digital change. You will gain visibility across multiple levels of the business, from Singapore to the global organisation, while contributing directly to high-impact strategic work.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage, consumer retail, or agency work involving multinational brands.
- Good understanding of mobile applications, loyalty or rewards programmes, and current digital trends.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to build partnerships and present business cases clearly.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and campaign performance reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Customer-first mindset and the flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
