Role overview
We are looking for a creative, analytics-minded Digital Marketing Assistant / Social Media Manager to help plan, run, and improve digital campaigns across a range of online channels. The position focuses on producing engaging content, managing social platforms, and supporting strategies that grow brand awareness, audience interaction, and overall business performance.
What you will do
You will help build and maintain content calendars, create written and visual material for social media, websites, and email campaigns, and keep brand messaging consistent across all digital touchpoints. The role also involves scheduling posts, managing online communities, replying to audience engagement, and assisting with campaign delivery across different channels.
In addition, you will monitor campaign results, review engagement data, carry out competitor and market research, and share insights that help improve marketing performance. Support for paid ads, SEO-related work, influencer partnerships, and content optimization may also be part of the role where needed.
You will work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to make sure content and campaigns align with wider business goals. The role also includes helping with marketing automation, keeping digital tools and platforms updated, preparing performance reports, and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or a similar field is expected.
- Practical understanding of digital marketing basics, social media management, content development, and brand communication.
- Exposure to social channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X, along with scheduling tools, is helpful.
- Awareness of SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, and analytics platforms is beneficial.
- Strong ability to write, speak, and communicate ideas creatively.
- Basic comfort with data interpretation and performance tracking.
- Good command of Microsoft Office; familiarity with design software or content management systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to produce audience-specific content for different platforms.
- Well-developed organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High accuracy and consistency in brand communication.
- Capable of working independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
