Job description

Role Overview

Join a remote team that helps improve advanced AI systems while keeping complete control over your working hours. This position is suited to cybersecurity specialists who want to apply real-world expertise to evaluate and refine AI outputs.

The work centers on using practical security experience to check whether AI-generated cybersecurity content is accurate, useful, and trustworthy. You will collaborate with state-of-the-art AI models on tasks involving security analysis, technical problem-solving, and feedback that influences how future systems understand threats and defenses.

Some contributors use this as a side engagement alongside another full-time job, while others focus on it as their main work.

How the Process Works

After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid assignments will become available through the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Review AI-produced cybersecurity material for practical correctness, including threat analysis, vulnerability evaluation, and offensive security concepts.
  • Create and solve technical security tasks that help train AI models.
  • Draft precise technical explanations and write security-related code where needed.
  • Share feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI security systems.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of direct experience in cybersecurity, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related government or military cyber work.
  • Basic coding ability and the confidence to work within and modify a codebase.
  • Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level, with excellent written communication skills.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Security certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or similar are advantageous.

Contract Details

This is an independent contractor role. Payment is made through PayPal, and no fees or upfront payments will ever be requested from applicants.

The opportunity is open only to candidates located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

Compensation and Flexibility

  • Hourly pay starts at $50 and can go beyond $100 per hour, depending on the project.
  • Some assignments offer bonus rates.
  • You choose the projects you take on and decide when to work.
  • You can work from your own computer at home and set a schedule that suits you.
