About the Role
This position is for an experienced customer service professional who will help train AI systems. The work focuses on checking how chatbots respond, assessing their reasoning, and identifying issues that can be improved to raise model quality.
The role calls for a strong ability to review and judge content carefully. The work may also involve research, editing, and rewriting tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the results they produce.
- Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.

Qualifications
