About the Role

Join Northland Nissan, part of the AutoCanada network, as a full-time Detailer based in Prince George, British Columbia. Key Responsibilities

  • Detail both interior and exterior of vehicles to dealership standards to ensure excellent presentation for customers.
  • Perform comprehensive car detailing tasks including vacuuming, deodorizing, washing, wheel and rim polishing, and applying paint sealants.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols to support the service team effectively.
  • Inspect vehicles and promptly report any parts needing repair or replacement to supervisors or technicians.
  • Complete quality control checklists to ensure all detailing tasks meet expected standards.
  • Assist with other repair duties when required to support overall operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Genuine interest in the automotive sector with sound knowledge about vehicles.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Experience in using cleaning agents and equipment such as power washers considered an advantage.
  • Dependability, reliability, sharp attention to detail, and effective prioritization skills.
  • Physical capability to manage heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and handling power and hand-held tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
