About the Role

Domino's Pizza is currently seeking both full-time and part-time delivery drivers to join our team in Baldwinsville, NY. Work Schedule

• Opening shifts start at 10:00 AM and end around the mid-dinner rush (typically between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM).
• Rush shifts generally begin between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM and conclude once the dinner rush finishes (usually between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM).
• Closing shifts start approximately 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM and last until after store closing, usually 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM depending on the day.
• Store is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day; night and weekend shifts are also part of the schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely deliver food products to customers at their locations, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Provide exceptional customer service that leaves a positive impression.
• Assemble orders and verify packaging integrity for delivery safety.
• Confirm product quality meets Domino's standards before dispatch.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in safe operating condition prior to trips.
• Take customer orders via phone or online platforms.
• Prepare and package food products in accordance with company guidelines.
• Distribute marketing materials such as flyers or hangers during delivery routes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license with at least two years of verifiable driving experience, including permit history.
• Own a car available for deliveries with valid insurance listing you as a driver.
• Maintain a good driving record with the ability to safely navigate congested traffic and close quarters.
• Consistent employment history and compliance with background checks including MVR, DOT, CSA, and criminal screening.
• Food and beverage transport experience is advantageous.
• Ability to frequently lift loads up to 20 pounds.
