About the Role

Join Sky Handling Partner as an Airport Coach Driver at Dublin Airport, where your efforts directly contribute to smooth passenger transit in a fast-paced airport environment. This position involves responsibly shuttling passengers safely between terminals and aircraft with attentiveness to service quality and safety.

Key Duties

• Conduct thorough pre-trip vehicle inspections to confirm coaches are safe and operational
• Safely transport passengers efficiently between the terminal and aircraft
• Provide friendly, professional service to all travelers on board
• Maintain strict safety standards while driving and assisting passengers
• Check coaches before and after trips for any lost property
• Keep coach interiors and exteriors clean and well-presented
• Communicate promptly with supervisors about delays, issues, or relevant updates
• Report any vehicle faults or maintenance concerns immediately
• Follow uniform and safety protocols, including wearing high-visibility apparel
• Assist team with other duties as needed

Essential Requirements

• Possess a valid, unrestricted Category D driving licence for passenger coaches
• Be at least 18 years old
• Successfully complete a 5-year security background check and Garda vetting
• Have full legal authorization to live and work within the EU
• Exhibit strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Be flexible and available for rostered shifts that may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Perform well under pressure in a dynamic airport setting
• Demonstrate reliability through consistent punctuality and attendance
• Adhere to professional grooming and uniform standards

Working Conditions & Compensation

This is a full-time, permanent position including a six-month probation period. Working hours follow a 4 days on, 2 days off shift system based on a 37.5-hour week, with frequent overtime available at 1.5 times the base rate. The role provides a competitive annual gross salary of €37,000.
