Overview
We are seeking a proactive and professional Legal Personal Assistant to support the TMT team within the Risk Advisory Services at a prominent law firm based in Dublin. The role demands collaboration within a team-oriented environment and requires attendance at the office three days per week, with the remainder working remotely.

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient and professional Legal PA support specifically for the TMT team.
- Work jointly with lawyers and business operations colleagues to address the team’s business support needs.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- At least two years’ experience as a Legal PA, ideally within a law firm environment.
- Previous exposure to a Litigation team is highly preferred.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Working Hours and Location
Full-time role involving 37.5 hours per week; typical hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Hybrid working arrangement with in-office presence required three days weekly.
