Role overview

This is a contract assignment delivered through Talent Solutions for Hilton. If selected, you will be hired by Talent Solutions rather than Hilton itself. As a contract worker, you will not be a Hilton employee, you will not be covered by Hilton employee benefits, and you will not be an employee of any Hilton subsidiary.

This is a U.S.-based remote position, with preference for candidates working in Eastern Time.

Join Hilton’s in-house creative studio within the Global Enterprise Marketing area of Global Marketing and Loyalty. The role focuses on shaping and producing visually compelling creative work that expresses brand identity, positioning, and messaging across print, web, social channels, events, and B2B/B2C marketing materials. You will collaborate with teams across the business to create marketing and social assets that strengthen awareness, engagement, preference, and loyalty across a portfolio of 18 brands.

What you will do

  • Partner with the Creative Director, Art Directors, and Marketing Strategists to develop original campaign concepts.
  • Work with Loyalty, Enterprise, Luxury, and Brand marketing teams to understand goals and translate them into effective creative output for direct-response campaigns.
  • Review creative briefs with internal partners and turn them into thoughtful omni-channel design solutions with a customer-focused approach.
  • Own the creation of graphic and social media assets from initial concept through production, finalization, and delivery.
  • Explain creative ideas and the business thinking behind them to internal stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Refine, update, or rebuild assets based on direction from the Creative Director or other stakeholders.
  • Support daily production needs, including image selection and resizing or reformatting creative for different channels.
  • Handle several projects at once while keeping work on schedule and balancing competing priorities.
  • Coordinate closely with the project manager to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track.
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards while also helping shape the growth of the visual identity.
  • Show work at different stages for stakeholder feedback and final sign-off.
  • Stay informed on digital and social trends and contribute ideas for new templates and more innovative design approaches.

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate brings broad design capability, strong visual communication skills, and a solid foundation in branding, typography, digital design, and social media creative. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, presenting ideas confidently, and collaborating across many teams and priorities.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this contract role is USD 48 to 55.

Additional information

Preferred background includes experience in a design firm, advertising agency, social agency, or an in-house creative team. A portfolio showing range, concepts, and different visual styles is expected. Experience in hospitality, luxury, or consumer brands is considered an advantage. Animation and video production experience, supervision of junior designers, and agency experience are all nice-to-have qualifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred.
