Role overview
Hilton is seeking a Sales Executive who speaks Arabic to help identify fresh business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth at the Doha, Qatar property. In this role, you will represent the hotel with professionalism, promote its offerings to local business accounts, and help create memorable guest experiences through effective sales work.
What you will do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reviewing local market movements and competitor actions across different revenue channels.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, including local travel as needed to increase market coverage and drive business to the hotel or cluster.
- Secure group and corporate business by negotiating commercial terms and preparing contracts that align with pricing guidelines.
- Support local market growth through creative promotional and marketing activity suited to the region.
- Work closely with other hotel teams to help design strong sales initiatives and improve the overall guest experience.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and share timely progress updates with sales leadership.
- Handle customer questions and requests quickly and professionally to support conversion and client satisfaction.
