Role Overview
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for hotel guests and play a key role in shaping their experience from arrival to departure. The role centers on smooth front-desk operations, attentive service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand’s hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome arriving guests courteously, confirm their reservation details, allocate rooms, hand over keys, and arrange welcome information or bell desk support when needed.
- Handle guest departures efficiently by reviewing charges, collecting payments, generating receipts, and accurately operating the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, room categories, pricing, promotions, and nearby local information to answer guest questions effectively.
- Increase revenue by suggesting suitable hotel services and upgrades through thoughtful selling techniques.
- Address guest requests promptly, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage messages and communication in a professional manner.
