  • Handle any additional tasks assigned by management.
  • Support project and document control activities.

Preferred Experience and Capabilities

  • Background in piping system design and engineering is preferred.
  • Experience checking onboard piping systems for BWTS or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Exposure to piping calculations such as pipe sizing, wall thickness, pressure drop, pump head, air receiver, BWTS, and scrubber systems is preferred.
  • Ability to prepare P&IDs for marine piping systems.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing piping layouts, updating drawings, and managing deliverables.
  • Comfortable working with clients, classification societies, and vendors, with familiarity in international standards such as ASME and API.

  • Knowledge of basic piping design principles and classification society requirements for marine and offshore projects.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Familiarity with classification bodies and guidelines such as DNVGL, ABS, LR, CCS, BV, and NK.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver work independently, professionally, and efficiently.
  • Strong continuous-improvement mindset and a proactive approach.
  • Detail-oriented with the discipline and diligence needed to meet client and principal expectations.
  • Willingness to travel overseas when required.
