Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations.
- Focus on achieving targets related to key performance indicators.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the store team to perform at their best.
- Ensure the shop floor is always well-presented and welcoming.
- Maintain adequate inventory levels consistently.
- Provide outstanding and consistent customer service at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Successful completion of the Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a management role within a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a full driving licence.
- A strong enthusiasm for thriving in a dynamic, varied workplace, with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness and flexibility to work various shift patterns as required.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager is advantageous but not mandatory if you possess the right attitude.
