Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations.
• Focus on achieving targets related to key performance indicators.
• Lead, inspire, and develop the store team to perform at their best.
• Ensure the shop floor is always well-presented and welcoming.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels consistently.
• Provide outstanding and consistent customer service at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Successful completion of the Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a management role within a fast-paced environment.
• Possession of a full driving licence.
• A strong enthusiasm for thriving in a dynamic, varied workplace, with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness and flexibility to work various shift patterns as required.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager is advantageous but not mandatory if you possess the right attitude.
