Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations efficiently.
• Work actively towards achieving key performance indicators and store targets.
• Lead, inspire, and nurture the development of the store team.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-presented and maintained to high standards.
• Keep stock levels sufficient and well-organized at all times.
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently to enhance shopper satisfaction.

Requirements

• Completion of Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• At least two years’ experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced environment.
• Possession of a full valid driving license.
• Strong drive to work in a varied environment, meeting deadlines and targets effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
• Prior Assistant Store Manager experience preferred but not mandatory with the right approach.
