Job description
Role Overview
This role at InfraCo SG involves management and operational oversight of the RTS Link Woodlands North Station, a cross-border rail station linking Singapore and Malaysia. The station management division aims to ensure safe, reliable operations aligned with Singapore's public transport standards and to establish a distinct station identity highlighting its gateway status.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and continuously updating the station's incident management framework, emergency response strategies, and business continuity plans to ensure operational readiness in a bilateral framework.
- Creating and maintaining cross-border emergency protocols that cover incident notifications, coordinated joint responses, jurisdictional cooperation, and communication between emergency agencies in both Singapore and Malaysia.
- Acting as the primary liaison with Singapore emergency entities such as SCDF, SPF, and ICA to integrate their requirements into station preparedness plans.
- Organizing and leading various emergency exercises including tabletop discussions, ground deployments, and agency-led drills designed to test response capabilities on both sides of the border.
- Executing after-action reviews following drills and actual incidents to identify gaps, assign corrective measures, oversee their implementation, and refine relevant protocols and documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Background in safety management, engineering, or closely related disciplines, with practical experience in emergency readiness, business continuity, or resilience within transport, infrastructure, or public safety sectors.
- Preferably possess at least 2 years of experience with organisations involved in managing national or large-scale events.
- Experienced in designing and facilitating various emergency exercises, including tabletop, functional, and full-scale drills.
- Well-versed in business continuity planning concepts such as scenario-based plans, setting recovery time objectives, and establishing minimum operational requirements.
- Skilled in coordinating multiple agency stakeholders with strong documentation and written communication capabilities.
- Demonstrates composure and systematic thinking under pressure, capable of managing several concurrent projects without a sequential-only approach.
- Entry-level applicants and fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
