Deputy / Assistant Manager - Bus Service Tendering

About the Role

As a Deputy / Assistant Manager for Bus Service Tendering within the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore, you will contribute actively to transforming the public bus sector through the Bus Contracting Model. This role involves close and cooperative engagement with diverse LTA divisions to prepare and assess bus package tenders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to benchmark bus tendering practices from other countries.
• Review and refine contractual processes and business requirements to enhance tender outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with relevant ministries to obtain necessary approvals that support the award of bus contracts.

Skills and Qualifications

• Possess knowledge in any academic discipline.
• Demonstrate strong writing, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit self-motivation and teamwork ability within dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office and skilled in utilizing AI-driven tools.
• Prior experience in tender preparation, evaluation, or contract awards is an advantage.
