Role Overview

This position as Deputy / Assistant Cost Control Manager focuses on managing a variety of civil engineering contracts pertinent to rail and road infrastructure projects. Candidate Profile

• Expertise in areas like Building or Project Management, Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, Infrastructure, or Project Management.
• A minimum of three years experience in cost estimation and contract administration specific to civil engineering initiatives.
• Strong understanding of standard contract terms and conditions.
• Proficient in managing claim administration and dispute resolution effectively.
• Highly motivated, exhibits proactivity and maintains a positive temperament with meticulous attention to detail.

• Confident in preparing reports and delivering presentations.
