Role Overview

The Night Leader role involves creating a safe, enjoyable, and distinctive shopping environment for customers during the night shift. Responsibilities include leading the department's team members through store tasks and plans, providing informed responses to inquiries based on product expertise, supporting on-the-job training and development of staff, maintaining a respectful and secure workplace, and overseeing loss prevention efforts. Additional duties involve merchandising products, organizing the warehouse, ensuring safe product storage, and managing inventory allocation accurately. The standard work hours are typically from 6:00 pm to 2:30 am.
