About the Role

We are a growing security company providing top-tier protection services to our clients. We are currently looking for motivated and dependable retail security officers in the Bonn area to join our team. This is a permanent role with a 40-hour workweek, starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor activities within the sales floor to detect suspicious behavior.
• Conduct regular patrols inside the store to safeguard merchandise.
• Document incidents and prepare reports on thefts and unusual occurrences.
• Collaborate closely with sales staff to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security alarms and assist in incident investigations.

• Strong observational skills and keen attention to detail to identify suspicious activities at an early stage.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective teamwork and interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and during challenging situations.
