Job Duties
- Receive and manage customer orders both in-store and via phone.
- Prepare menu items following company standards.
- Stock ingredients in storage and preparation areas, including walk-in coolers.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility daily.
- Distribute marketing materials to promote products.
- Communicate courteously and effectively with customers and team members.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years with a valid driver's license and clean driving record per company expectations.
- Access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
- Proficient navigation skills to locate addresses within designated zones, including the ability to read maps.
- Capability to manage deliveries in challenging environments such as multi-level buildings and adverse weather conditions like rain, sleet, snow, strong winds, or hail.
- Positive, cooperative attitude and willingness to adhere to Domino's uniform and image standards.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to meet high quality and speed standards amid fast-paced conditions.
Essential Skills and Physical Requirements
- Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with calculator use if necessary.
- Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately and make correct change.
- Competency in using order entry systems via keyboard and touch screens.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to follow instructions promptly.
- Physically, candidates should be capable of standing for long periods, walking briskly or running safely between store, vehicle, and delivery points.
- Occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 30 pounds, rarely up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to climb ladders for cleaning or maintenance and navigate multiple flights of stairs during deliveries.
- Frequent crouching, bending, and reaching while preparing products, stocking, and cleaning.
