Job Duties

• Receive and manage customer orders both in-store and via phone.
• Prepare menu items following company standards.
• Stock ingredients in storage and preparation areas, including walk-in coolers.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility daily.
• Distribute marketing materials to promote products.
• Communicate courteously and effectively with customers and team members.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years with a valid driver's license and clean driving record per company expectations.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Proficient navigation skills to locate addresses within designated zones, including the ability to read maps.
• Capability to manage deliveries in challenging environments such as multi-level buildings and adverse weather conditions like rain, sleet, snow, strong winds, or hail.
• Positive, cooperative attitude and willingness to adhere to Domino's uniform and image standards.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to meet high quality and speed standards amid fast-paced conditions.

Essential Skills and Physical Requirements

• Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with calculator use if necessary.
• Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately and make correct change.
• Competency in using order entry systems via keyboard and touch screens.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to follow instructions promptly.
• Physically, candidates should be capable of standing for long periods, walking briskly or running safely between store, vehicle, and delivery points.
• Occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 30 pounds, rarely up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to climb ladders for cleaning or maintenance and navigate multiple flights of stairs during deliveries.
• Frequent crouching, bending, and reaching while preparing products, stocking, and cleaning.
