Overview
Join Lancashire County Council's Early Help Service as a Delivery Centre Support Worker based in West Lancashire. This role involves frontline engagement with families and communities, ensuring neighbourhood centres provide safe, welcoming environments for children, young people, and families.

Key Duties
- Serve as the initial contact point for visitors to neighbourhood centres.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and service user records using IT systems.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety checks, and proper displays to ensure centers meet health and safety standards.
- Provide accurate information and guide families and individuals to appropriate services.
- Support supervision and facilitation of group sessions when required.
Candidate Profile
- Organised and proactive in managing daily centre operations.
- Excellent communication skills enabling strong relationships with users and colleagues.
- IT proficient for managing bookings and record-keeping.
- Dedication to safeguarding principles, equality, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Willingness to work beyond core hours when necessary.
Remuneration and Benefits
The salary ranges from 25,185 to 25,989, Grade 4. Benefits include a generous local government pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, up to 32 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and access to employee discount schemes.
