Job description
Overview
Mindrift offers project-based AI work for specialists who help test, assess, and refine AI systems used by major technology companies. This is not a permanent role; participation is organized around individual projects.
Applicants should send a CV in English and include their English proficiency level.
What the project may involve
- Creating and reviewing fee-related inquiry and statement-clarification cases, including checks that charged amounts align with published fee schedules and that descriptor-mapping questions are separated from genuine fraud reports.
- Building autopay and payment-setup scenarios with intentional edge cases such as an incorrect payee, insufficient-funds handling, an incorrect draft date, or skipped confirmation steps.
- Developing card-replacement and fraud-claim situations that test card-block urgency, fraud signal detection, intake capture, and accurate transfer to the disputes team.
- Writing account-closure scenarios that verify retention-offer rules, pending-transaction checks, and whether offers are properly withheld from customers who are not eligible.
- Assessing answers for both correctness and communication quality, including empathy in high-pressure situations, the right tone for voice or chat, and clear wording without making unsupported promises.
Ideal background
This opportunity suits professionals with experience in customer service, banking, or financial services who are open to part-time, non-permanent project work.
How the work flow operates
The process follows a simple sequence: apply, complete qualification steps, join a project, finish assigned tasks, and receive payment.
Time commitment
During active project periods, the expected workload is approximately 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Compensation
Contributors may earn up to the equivalent of $60 per hour on this project, depending on experience and work pace. Pay can differ from one project to another based on scope, difficulty, and the expertise required.
Additional information
Please note that participation is project-based rather than permanent employment.
