Job description
Role overview
This project-based opportunity is for specialists who help improve AI systems for major technology companies. Work is not permanent employment; instead, contributors join individual projects and complete tasks that focus on testing, evaluating, and refining AI behavior.
What the work may include
- Developing and assessing fee-related questions and statement-clarification cases, checking that amounts align with published fee schedules and separating simple descriptor-mapping questions from genuine fraud reports.
- Creating autopay and payment-setup cases that intentionally include errors such as the wrong recipient, insufficient funds rules, an incorrect draft date, or skipped confirmation steps.
- Designing scenarios for card replacement and fraud claims that test urgency around card blocking, detection of fraud indicators, collection of intake details, and proper escalation to the disputes team.
- Writing account-closure cases that examine whether retention offers should be available, whether pending transactions must be checked, and when offers should not be extended.
- Reviewing responses for both accuracy and communication quality, including empathy in difficult situations, the right tone for the channel used, and clear wording without making unrealistic promises.
How the process works
The flow is: apply, complete qualification step(s), join a project, carry out tasks, and receive payment.
Time commitment
During active project periods, the expected workload is about 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and is not a guaranteed number of hours.
Compensation
Contributors may earn up to the equivalent of USD 60 per hour, depending on experience level and work pace. Pay can differ from one project to another based on scope, complexity, and the expertise required.
Application note
Please share your CV in English and include your English proficiency level.
