Job description
Role overview
This project-based opportunity connects subject-matter specialists with AI development work for major technology companies. The focus is on helping test, assess, and refine AI systems. This is not a permanent role; participation is limited to project assignments.
Applicants should submit a CV in English and clearly mention their English proficiency level.
What the work may include
- Developing and reviewing situations around fee questions and statement clarifications, including checking whether charged amounts align with published fee schedules and separating simple descriptor questions from actual fraud complaints.
- Creating scenarios for autopay and payment setup that include common mistakes such as selecting the wrong payee, insufficient balance rules, incorrect draft dates, or skipped confirmation steps.
- Writing card replacement and fraud-reporting cases that test urgency in card blocking, fraud indicator recognition, collection of intake details, and smooth escalation to the disputes team.
- Designing account closure cases that assess retention-offer eligibility, checks for pending transactions, and appropriate refusal to extend offers to customers who do not qualify.
- Evaluating answers for both correctness and communication quality, including empathy under pressure, the right tone for the channel being used, and clear wording without unrealistic promises.
How the process works
The usual flow is: apply, complete qualification steps, join a project, finish assigned tasks, and receive payment.
Time commitment
During active project periods, the expected workload is approximately 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and may vary based on project needs.
Compensation
Contributors may earn up to the equivalent of USD 50 per hour on this project, depending on experience level and contribution speed. Pay can differ from one project to another based on scope, complexity, and expertise required.
Important notes
Participation is suited to specialists who are comfortable with short-term, non-permanent project work.
